St. Peter Parish Youth Events
The last week of July saw two wonderful opportunities for the youth of our parish to engage in some fun activities. On Tuesday, July 25th, our altar servers were invited to watch a movie, “The Sand Lot,” and enjoy some pizza with the Padres (and Sem. Melancon). On Thursday, July 27th, all the youth of our parish were invited to gather at the New Iberia City Park for an evening of games. We would like to thank Seminarian Stephen Melancon for the planning of these two events.
Fun and Faith Camp - 2023
Many thanks to the Sisters of the Heart of Jesus and their volunteer staff for hosting another great summer camp for our parish youth. This summer program is a collaborative effort between St. Peter Parish and St. Nicholas Parish.
Altar Server Trip to Houston
The altar servers of St. Peter Parish are grateful to the many parishioners who generously donated funds for their trip to Houston. They enjoyed an Astros game and Holy Mass at Our Lady of Walsingham Cathedral.
St. Peter Youth Bowling - 2022
Cajun Bowl invited the youth of St. Peter parish to join in a free game of bowling on Saturday, October 1, 2022, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
The youth and clergy of St. Peter enjoyed an afternoon of fun at Cajun Bowl. Special thanks to Cajun Bowl for hosting our youth. Looking forward to our next event.
