and looking for answers?
Courage, an apostolate of the Roman Catholic Church, ministers to those with
same-sex attractions and their loved ones. We have been endorsed by the
Pontifical Council for the Family and our beloved John Paul II said of this
ministry, "COURAGE is doing the work of God!" We also have an outreach
called Encourage which ministers to relatives and friends of persons with
same-sex attractions.
From our website you will learn about homosexuality and chastity. By
developing an interior life of chastity, which is the universal call to all
Christians, one can move beyond the confines of the homosexual identity to a
more complete one in Christ.

We are an organized apostolate ("Family") of Catholic laity dedicated to
missionary evangelism. Each of us is called to holiness
of life. As missionaries, we are called to live God’s Word as Jesus did, to proclaim it boldly to others, to work it into the fabric of human society
and culture, to extend God’s love to all, especially to the oppressed and suffering poor. As Catholic laity, we are formed by the teaching of our
Church Magisterium, working in concert with the pastors. The harvest is great, but laborers are few.
Our missionaries come from diverse places and backgrounds; they bring diverse perspectives, talents and charisms. Some of us will serve
for a summer, two years, or an indefinite term; some of us are called to serve as foreign missionaries for life. We go out two-by-two, or as families
or teams, to live among the people to whom the Lord sends us, to live and proclaim the Gospel there. We know we have a great deal to learn from the
people, because “missions is a two-way street… we go to give what we have, but we always receive more than we give.” The fruitfulness of our lives as
missionaries depends in large measure upon the
prayers, material
support and sacrifices of the entire people of God.

extraordinary richness of the Catholic Church's message, particularly its social doctrine.
The ZENIT team sees this message as a light for understanding today's world. At the same time, we are aware that this
richness is little known in the information world. This motivates us to strive to bring this message to the Internet, in the greatest possible
number of languages.
Our objective is to inform about the "world seen from Rome," with professionalism and faithfulness to the truth. We aim to view
the modern world through the messages of the Pope and the Holy See; tell about the happenings of the Church; and inform about the topics, debates and
