Prayer for the Canonization of Fr. McGivney

Fr. McGivney Favors Reported:
"Dear Father,
Three years ago, I submitted my resume to a small Catholic high
school in Miami to be the U.S. History teacher. I really didn't give
it much thought because the school was on the outer fringes of my
ability to commute. I was counting on being picked up by one of the
public schools in my area. Along came the budget cuts and I was not
going to be picked up. As the summer and my family's money were
coming to an end, I prayed to Father Michael (McGivney) to help me
get a job. I had been praying to him most of the year because I am a
Knight of Columbus. I was called by that small Catholic school in
Miami, because the person they had hired backed out on them. The
call came from out of the blue. I interviewed and was awarded the
job over two other individuals. I thank Father McGivney for his
intercession for me. I have been teaching at this small school ever
since and am very happy. Thank you Father Michael McGivney."

"Dear Father,
I have been unemployed and job hunting for 10 months. I started
praying the Prayer for the Canonization of Father McGivney two weeks
ago, requesting the favor of getting a specific job. I just received
the offer on the job I really wanted, and it was for a higher salary
than I expected! I felt that Father McGivney's connection to working
families would help the intercession on my behalf. My husband is a
Knight of Columbus and I belong to the ladies auxiliary. I am so
grateful!"

"Dear Father,
My husband's recent cancer surgery was successful and his prognosis
was very good after I prayed to Father McGivney."
