The Couple Checkup is designed to help you and your
partner build a more satisfying and intimate relationship. Just answering
the questions will stimulate thoughts and attitudes about your relationship.
It is designed to activate dialogue, discovery, and increase the overall
quality of your relationship.
It will help you discover your strengths as a couple. Strengths are what enable you to
enjoy, and to continue developing a healthy relationship. It will also help
you identify issues that are threatening the vitality of your relationship
and may need to be addressed.

Reminders: |
- Dark shoes, socks, and pants - preferably
black. NO jeans! NO sperrys! NO crocks! NO tennis shoes!
- If you wear a dress or skirt under the
cassock, wear black stockings with your shoes.
- Look at the TBA's needed for Christmas, New
Year's, and Pro-Life masses and volunteer if you can.
- The new mass book that you will start
holding for Father on November 26-27 will weigh 4 times the
current book, so practice holding a heavier book if you can.

Note to Gift Bearers: Sit in the center aisle near the gifts.
When do I bring up the gifts? You can come
up the stairs to bring the gifts to the Priest when the ushers have finished
passing the basket AND the Deacon/Priest has finished setting up the Altar
and has stepped away from the Altar.
Even though the schedule reads..."PARENTS OF", it can be grandparents or
children who have made their First Communion. There are two sets of
"parents" for each Mass to make sure we have it covered. If you can't make
it, make sure the other parents will cover.

Be advised that it is the policy of this parish that no one
(except for those listed below) to enter the sacristy during Mass.
The only exception to this rule are the ushers who are placing the
collection in the vault, and priests, deacons and servers who have a
liturgical reason to go into the sacristy.
Ushers are to lock the vault immediately upon placing the collection
in it. The vault is to be opened by the Sacristan, only when another
person is present. The collection is to be taken to the office by
two people immediately after Mass.
Eucharistic Ministers to the homebound and hospitalized are to pick
up supplies between Masses.
Violations of the policy are to be reported to Fr. Charles or Nancy
Goodwin.
